  1. I am assuming you will FOIA the report. Would like to know what his probable cause was for blocking them in? Also, in Illinois a police officer, even in a civilian capacity, cannot be the victim of Disorderly Conduct.

  2. All I can say if these people were white maybe Williams was just trying to increase the number of whites being stopped per the chiefs directions.
    Just saying!

  3. Where is the police review board? How is this tied into the suit filed by Ty Carlton? Isn’t the asst chief named in that suit. Anyone see the problem?

    1. The plaintiffs of the lawsuit would have to file a complaint with the PSCRB, Public Safety & Community Relations Board.

      1. The Committee should take some imitative and look into this. While they do not need any subpoena power or the like, they certainly can recommend. They should be on top of this. A lawsuit is a complaint. As I have said for years, the review board is pretty much worthless. Let’s look at the fact that the Carlton lawsuit and now this one have the same officer. Also, the chief needs to make sure he enlists Illinois State Police help to investigate much like he has done to prior officers. No favorites.
