It was probably Mayor Transparency’s idea to stop as his definition’s of “transparency” are to: 1) publish nothing- leave a clean page; 2) Say as much as you can that means little next to nothing-impress the people with your brilliance!; 3) do everything you can to demonstrate that that you are cooperating but make sure your back door effort efforts will override and get you what you really want.
