$700K for an enhanced Zoo entrance? Item I, regular agenda. Although the cost seems to be for a grant,,,$700K ! Seriously? Isn’t the State of IL still in the red? Duh!
It’s a grant though! Not like it’s taxpayer money or anything – it will only cost $300 to apply! Did you see the emergency spending on the lakes – only another $375,000! I was going to write more, but enough for one day.
