Illinois: Another buying a legislator

Democrat Rep. Jay Hoffman  has proposed a bill that will allow those intrusive speed trap cameras statewide. Currently, they are only allowed in Chicago.  The bill number is HB 4532.  The bill’s purpose is to raise revenue. That’s the whole reason for the bill.  Another way to steal dollars from the citizens.  There isn’t a traffic safety problem.  Campaign contributions don’t hurt either.

The Democrats have another solution to a problem that doesn’t exist!

It’s pathetic that anyone thinks it’s a good idea to use Chicago as a model for anything.

Contact your state rep and ask him/her to oppose HB 4632

RedSpeed USA is an Illinois company that provides and installs speed cameras at no cost to government. Instead, the company receives a percentage of each ticket, which may be paid through the company’s website HERE.
RedSpeed USA has contributed to Rep. Hoffman several times over the last few years:

  1. Reviewing the paltry donations of RedSpeed it would seem that they are spending amounts similar to a 3rd rate hooker. Considering the funds provided by citizens to support the elected officials for lifetimes of benefits these paltry donations are a slap in the face by RedSpeed. What a joke on the sell out officials. Suckers big time!
