Tips for letter writers to the Pantagraph

by:  Diane Benjamin

Has the Pantagraph refused to print your “Letter to the Editor”?

Did you criticize local government or express conservative values?

Citizen can no longer voice opinions about local government or traditional values.  The Pantagraph has elected officials to protect because they have a downtown building to unload and they make too much money from your tax dollars through advertising.

If you aren’t voicing progressive views, you will be wasting your time submitting letters.

So here are the new rules.  Express an opinion stating:

  • Negotiations with Iran are working
  • Global Warming must be stopped
  • Farmers needs to stop using chemicals
  • All the illegals invading OUR country must be welcomed
  • Local government is very transparent
  • Request more government spending
  • Associated Press is a wonderful news source
  • Thank the Pantagraph for their extensive investigative reporting
  • Report how evil the police are
  • Fracking has to be stopped
  • Companies are unpatriotic for moving to where government isn’t strangling them
  • ObamaCare is wonderful and causes no adverse consequences
  • The economy is getting better everyday
  • State Farm isn’t leaving or downsizing in Bloomington
  • We need an East-Side bypass now
  • The GOP are obstructionists
  • The national debt is immaterial
  • Unborn babies don’t have any rights
  • Common Core is making our schools better

If you want your name set to print, this is what the requirements are now.  I’m sure you can think of more.

The only way the Pantagraph will ever be a real news source is when YOU quit buying it.  Advertisers will quit giving them money.   They will either go out of business or start being journalists instead of propagandists.  Both are good options.

So, here’s how you can make a difference today:  Call and cancel your subscription now.
