Monday night the Council will approve paying:

Cumulus – WJBC $1406.75

Pantagraph – $897.69

Those number are way down, but I will keep watching.

I found a few interesting emails that were received under the Freedom of Information Act.  These emails tell the story of the City’s relationship with the Pantagraph and WJBC.  Notice NO other media is mentioned.

Alderman Fruin wants to know if the Communications Director, Nora Dukowitz is going to communicate something about Alex (McElroy?) to the media.  Here is Nora’s response:

Doesn’t the tone sound like the City can tell the Pantagraph and WJBC what to report?

Sounds to me like Ms. Nora isn’t happy when the Pantagraph and WJBC don’t jump on command!
