According to the local paper, tax revenues in Normal have been affected by State Farm’s transfer of people out of the local area.

Funny thing, Bloomington still thinks their town is growing!

If they did admit the obvious, spending would have to be cut!  Think your Democrat Mayor is going to allow that?
