Just found this article about Kyle Ham the new CEO of B/N Economic Development Council: http://www.pjstar.com/article/20090408/News/304089763. He has connections with Peoria as Rutherford’s former chief of staff. Really doesn’t look good for Bloomington.
Interesting. Why does government think they can create economic development? Because they are spending your money for their vision and then trying to force people to accept it. Limited government anybody?
I saw a posting by Kevin Lower on Facebook this evening. He said if the city wants to create economic development then they should be employing people to fix the streets, sewers, infrastructure is more or less what he posted. I agree with what he said.
