To provide BIGGER, BETTER and MORE quality of life! Because the Library wants to.
“Build it and they will come” mentality do you suppose?
Why fewer people read anymore. If it isn’t video or pictures forget it.
The last time I was in ISU’s Milner Library even they don’t have books on the floors like they used too.
I should have also added has anyone seen a pay phone lately in this digital age? Maybe they need to get a clue!
Instead of building a new facility, or establishing book mobile routes where there are no “customers”, the Library should market to the area were there are no customers to add card holders. Oh. I’m sorry, their busy playing videogames or hanging out on the street corner after dark….
