Why, there’s the GOLDEN opportunity! Since they can’t sell it. How about Bloomington buy it, have somebody tear it down, Make it a TIF and lease it (can’t sell it, we MIGHT make money) to UPTOWN Normal as a soccer complex OR we could leave it stand and use it for a jail, as the rumor always has been. Hey David, how bout hiring some consultants to see IF this is feasible?
