According to the BCPA website, seating capacity is 1180. I don’t know if that includes the balcony. Only tiny people can fit in those jammed together rows. Maybe it’s been fixed, I haven’t been there for years.

I bet that’s only part of the cost
They WANT to charge DOWNTOWN bar owner for late night college students that want to party later, so they have to hire rent a cops. WHY NOT charge the bike riders who USE the roads for the BIKE lanes? WHY should BIKE riders get a “free ride”?? Also, they could FINE the heck out of the BIKE riders IF they get OUT of the lanes! And while we’re at it, why not add a UPTOWN BIKE TAX? Just like when you buy a car, and they send you a bill, do they SAME if you buy a bike, at say VITESSE? Or is all this just way too plain and simple?
