I give up trying to figure this one out! From the below it appears a group rented the BCPA:

Why did the City of Bloomington write them a check for the same amount in May? Maybe they paid it twice, maybe they didn’t. My FOIA didn’t help clarify. I’m waiting for more from the same FOIA I didn’t get the first time.

If they can rent the place and make a profit they should. Let the renter take the risks, it works at the Coliseum.
