Probably a purposeful delay tactic….
Most accurate reply here. Only questionable part is the “Probably”.
Mercy does not have any mercy on the common citizen that isn’t in the King Koos Klub. ALWAYS have your guard up with this tyrant.
Obviously the developers need to put more persuasion$$$$ on the table.
This development is already a done deal with Koos and then he will surely need another underpass at the Beech Street rail crossing.
Two people told me the original covenants don’t allow multi family
The covenants have little bearing after the original developer builds out the subdivision and is no longer incentivised to enforce them.
