Lesson: Government isn’t capable of BIG things. They regularly waste your money on things you didn’t ask for while not doing the things your expect them to do.

It’s seems safe to assume payments for the artists are NOT reflect on this reports.

The arena was far less than half full. I think I heard this show was multiple hours, maybe that’s why few attended. What did the City pay for artists? Below are the ones I’ve found, why was the bill $135,000 but they paid $140,000?

I don’t know how this fits in, but the date fits:

Huge Loser: $111,188

The actual date of this show was December 17th, the one above was on the 15th:
