A must read story

Sent to me from a friend:

I was in a local store yesterday and purchased a picture with Reagan’s famous quote about freedom on it.

The clerk, an older woman, read it intently and said in a thick accent, ‘Freedom is gone. We came here 50 years ago to escape a Premier in South America, and we got the American dream.

Now they lie, cheat, and steal to install their own Premier here. We didn’t even teach our children Spanish because they are Americans.

Now our grandchildren spend a long time indoors with no school or freedom. They force the vaccine on us. It is dead. They are evil liars and thieves, and we know what is coming.

I told her she can see it because she lived it and they have slowly fooled America into believing their lies. I told her I have faith that we can win in 2024.

“I had faith in 2020 and they stole it; I had faith in 2022 and they stole it. I have no faith now.” We both teared up. It is one of the most moving experiences I have had in my life.

  1. The lady, in my view, is completely right. Things are looking as bad as possible for Biden but I truly believe they, who ever “they” are will use the same underhanded end justifies the means methods to defeat Trump they did last time. (Like it or not Trump is the last hope America has……much like King David in the Bible, very imperfect but did great things for his people!). My further fear is that we will never see another conservative president. Possibly never another Republican president. “They” have control with no regard for morality, the law, or our constitution.

    1. Excellent comment! I agree 100 percent and love the comment about Trump and King David, so very true!

  2. Countries, regions or cities survive and prosper because of autonomy. Talk show host Michael Savage often talks of borders, language and culture. Narrowed to its primal meaning it is simply having like or similar belief systems, the most important being the right to self determination and personal freedom within scope of natural law. When this is erased, chaos is inevitable. Diversity has always been the great lie. People form nations out of familiarity. This includes, but is not limited to race, religion, economics, history, politics and/or lifestyles at its core. In other words, buying into a culture. The United States has evolved into a nation of peoples that share basically none of these. The same thing is happening elsewhere, particularly in Europe. Only Asian countries and a majority of Russia take strides to prevent such insanity. Good people have allowed bad people to make decisions for them here causing insanity to reign everywhere. We are godless, rudderless…we are lost. Can our nation survive, I really don’t know.

  3. Back when I was a kid, our typing class had us type, “Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.” Over and over and over again. Back then it was just a phrase to me. Now it is a cry for help.

  4. When I hear stories like this I wonder what percentage of immigrants feel the same way. But we’ll never know because those kind of immigrants don’t have any value (money and power) to give to politicians and their media.

  5. Alright, so if they’re using the word Premier as shorthand for a Marxist leader (no South American country uses that term–they all have presidents), 50 years ago the only one was Salvador Allende of Chile, who was democratically elected and responsible for improving the standard of living for the average Chilean significantly. His policies of land redistribution angered the wealthy and the United States, so the CIA engineered a coup during which Pinochet seized control and ended democratic elections in Chile for the next 40 years under a repressive military regime that committed every war crime in the book.

So, did they escape a “premier” or did they escape a US-backed hyper-conservative?

Maybe they’re talking about something a little earlier in the 1960s, when Brazil’s democratically elected president was also overthrown in a military coup, which used an invented “communist threat” to justify itself. Or maybe any number of countries which had their governments deposed by the United States during the Southern Cone strategy in the 70s, all of which resulted in repressive, right-wing governments.

    1. HMMM what does your comments have to do with the topic…..America is destroying it’s self…..other than it’s payback for the meddling we’ve done in our hemispheric politics? Or maybe for the hundreds of billions in aid we’ve thrown away? Ya, we’ve done some bad things but we still must be the best country there is since so many want in and the haters won’t leave.
