There was yet another fire at Rivian Thursday morning. One side of the plant was evacuated. The fire was big enough to need a large emergency response. I hear 3 fire engines and 3 rescue squads. This is NOT the first plant fire!

Reports are that Rivian will also be sued in California court. The class action lawsuit involves investors who claim the company did not share all appropriate information with them when Rivian solicited them as investors. Specifics and what that information was that was presumably withheld has not been shared by the litigants attorney.
I don’t blame them. Did someone neglect their Fiduciary Responsibility?
