I guarantee this tax won’t expire in 2025. The sales tax passed to fix the “structural deficit” will never expire either even though the deficit was gone years ago.

It shows all the tax increases to balance the 2015 budget. The gas tax is now .08. Meanwhile your garbage service that used to be funded from the General Fund is funded by you instead – and the amount goes up every year automatically so Council never has to vote on it. Your water rates are tripling. Don’t count on them ever going down when projects are paid for.

Government NEVER gives money back. They have needs!

Failure to vote in local elections allowed all of the above. They expect you to not know there is an election on April 1st 2025. Most people won’t know.
