Obviously the Planning Commission doesn’t respect Property Rights. We will see when the Council votes on September 23rd if they do.
Evidently the fake “Separation of Church and State” is meaningless if government wants to get their foot in the door.
I agree with you Diane. Being designated a historical site can put additional financial burdens on properties requiring them to preserve structures in their original state. The diocese of Peoria should fight this.
