Local elections are April 1st. I wanted to wait until January to post items you need to know to be informed, but evidently campaigning has already started.
Electing another spouse duo means zero diversity. The City and County Boards already have spouses Cody Hendricks and Eric Hansen. This is Abby Scott and her husband Corey Beirne:
What is the problem with spouses that are both interested in public service ? Nothing in my book.
The REAL problem is that Abby’s a committed progressive socialist democrat – with anti american values and one hellava case of white guilt. Just like her husband.
Some say she is her husbands ‘seeing eye dog’ while others claim she is more of a beard and her husbands marxist spirit guide.
Whatever she is , the voters will decide if she and her husband will represent them in an elected capacity.
Diversity is a democrat talking point. Obviously it isn’t important for government
Imagine not being proud enough of your husband to take his last name. So sad to see a woman so embarrassed to be associated with her choice.
What is in a name ?
Perhaps it is because she has some level of self respect and achievement in her own right. She self-actualizes an identity outside of being Mrs. Britney. Or , it could have just been part of the pre-nup. A foul smelling liberal socialist by any other name… etc.

The Democrat party will help Abby Scott win. The Republican Party will largely stay out of it preaching that it is a non-partisan race. After the city drifts further left, the GOP leadership will continue to say it is not their fault or place.
The McLean County Republican party has gotten about as ineffective as is possible. The local leadership is woefully lacking.
They may as well disband. Oh wait…. wrong. Then they couldn’t have their high society social functions.
The best way to destroy a country is to do things locally and that’s what is happening. Vote in all these progressives and this is what we get as the RHINOS and other GOP officials look the other way.
People won’t know there is an election
yes RINOS locally get promoted and kickbacks and bonus for implementing Socialist Communist architecture, platforms, workflow and systems locally and state wide so the blur between Dem and Rep us dim to none $$$

Anyone paying attention knew this takeover was planned and executed by state liberal operatives with assistance from Chicago and Dick Durbin. All these people running for and winning McLean County offices are carpetbaggers from other areas and being funded by the state machine. Thank the political science departments at IWU, ISU, Chris Koos and members of his immediate staff (i.e. Mercy Davison and others), Laborers Union 362 (i.e. Mike Matekja and the retired John Penn especially) and the usual local subjects at Elitist Clique events. Your community is done, fini, toast. Leave soon or die. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night. Oh and by the way, State Farm isn’t and has never been the community’s friend.
