A hearing was held regarding the complaint filed by Chad Berck. The complaint pertained to Lizzy Johnston and Cassy Taylor raising money on County Property to remove the elected office of Auditor.
The complaint was heard in Executive Session which means we have no idea what happened. Why was this complaint heard in private? This speaks volumes about the citizens right to know in Illinois.

.
We probably won’t know until the minutes are released.
Both Normal and Bloomington NEVER release some Executive Session minutes, like discussions on giving raises to City Managers. You don’t have a right to know who cheer leads and who objects.

I am sure if it had went well for Berck, we would’ve heard all about it by now.
I doubt they ruled during an ES.
So much for public servants. They think they are kings as their arrogance proves it.
Lorenz hearing on the 30th. Local GOP omitted the donation from their quarterly report. How careless. You would think under the scrutiny of the public eye and the election board, they would make sure their reports were at least filed correctly. Incompetent.
