That might be the budget Pritzker proposed, but since the dollar amount was about the same as what was passed these items are probably still in it.

I used the Operating Budget Detail Excel spreadsheet. I uploaded it to GROK and asked it to find waste. Every bill should be analyzed by some AI before elected officials vote on bills they haven’t read. If an elected official says “they didn’t know”, with easy technology they should have. Note the NEW programs in #5. Grok found $125,217,598 in just seconds:
