Normal Township: Bring your child to work Friday

Below are emails I also receive by FOIA. Does it surprise anyone that Tonya Watkins is no longer a township employee? Note the second email states Krystle Able hired the former acting supervisor as her administrative assistant.

  1. Hunter? Very macho.
Wonder if that was the intention is such a liberal dei all inclusive mad, mad, mad, mad world.

  2. I bring my kiddo to work in my office sometimes on days she doesn’t have school but my office is still open. A lot of people take their kids to work sometimes. I don’t think this is as big a deal as you think. What is a big deal here that I see, is the problem this Tonya person seems to have with autistic people in particular.

  3. I think the bigger problem is how little she is in the office working. Receiving a full time salary and benefits for working part time hours.

    1. Eh, playing devils advocate here, but this email only indicates when she’ll be at the township office. Maybe other times she was at the senior center, or in other off site meetings, or at training. Etc. It also only shows her talking about her schedule for that week, not a permanent schedule as I am reading it. I’m no fan of communists like Krystal and her groupies, but I don’t think there’s anything explosive in this email.
