This is a summary of the yearly payments below:
These payments went to INCCRRA – Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies. If you forgot, the INCCRRA office is in Towanda Plaza. It’s not difficult to show a negative spending increase when there was a 2266% increase in 2021. I still have 2 FOIA requests pending with IDHS, one has been extended twice, the other one once.

What % of INCCRRA annual receipts is the payments you show as from HS and SBOE…… i.e. 2025 = 195,687,945 ….. ?
Why does it matter? It’s all taxpayer money, a combination of State and Federal.
I can say the system and service at these state depts, health insurance entities and marketplaces like Get Covered Illinois and Blue Cross Blue Shield – Prime and others (and everything in between) is a mess. The service model and portals are too. (Consumers, policyholders and taxpayers are the ones who suffer in more ways than one dealing with it all)
Not sure who is responsible but am sure same suspects and partners and platforms.
Our politicians done have to deal with any of it so don’t care or understand.
