The recycle bins behind Walmart In Normal are clearly marked. It’s even marked in 2 languages:

This is what was in this bin today:

It must be too hard to walk 7-8 feet to the east and put cardboard in the bin marked CARDBOARD!
There was also cardboard in the paper bin. Last I heard The Town of Normal was paying Midwest Fiber to furnish the bins and recycle the contents.
Every time they have to pay employees to separate items because some people are too lazy to do it right, the cost to Normal taxpayers goes up.
What is even scarier is that the people doing this could be voting!!!
