36:50 public comment about Flock Cameras. Of course they are an invasion of privacy while making policing much easier. Many cities have determined that tradeoff isn’t worth it.

Nothing was pulled from the Consent Agenda. The property swap with IWU had very little discussion other than the City is “excited” about it. Mollie Ward abstained from voting without saying her husband works at IWU.

The City is also “excited” about the progress downtown.

Otherwise, pretty boring meeting.
