This was one of the responses, obviously by a person who follows local politics:

Evidently some people are allowed to not follow rules:

A complaint was sent to the City back in March. Nothing has changed, the sidewalk is impassable. The family has children. They are forced to use the street when out walking.

In the same general area un-plated buses have been parked on private property for years. One may have people living in it:

The person who complained has been following up with the City since nothing has been done. This response was just received:

.

Maybe staff is too busy measuring grass.

Impassable sidewalks must be allowed:

.

Don’t leave your garbage can in front of your house though. The grass measuring people are out looking for violators.
