The Council only has one employee – City Manager Jeff Jurgens. Is he due for another raise already or something else?
What lawsuit does the City want to settle now? The City should not be allowed to settle any case with a gag order so citizens never know the details. Forgiveness isn’t near as hard as forgetting.
There are two that need resolved and both are going to cost the city dearly. Who would settle at this point for a couple hundred thousand dollars? Neither of the suits should consider anything with at least six zeroes. Taxpayers have a right to know about the screw ups that have gone unchecked for too long.
