More legal expense will be racked up tonight when the Bloomington Council meets in Executive Session.  Yep, it’s a secret.  I wonder if my case against the City concerning the Coliseum will be a topic.  I wonder if my subpoena for City Manager David Hales is worrying them?

Maybe, maybe not.

I wonder if the decrepit old bus barn property is part of the Real Estate discussions.  They got by with buying the Sugar Packing property for way too much money, why not go for the bus property too?  Connect Transit needs money and the City just raised your taxes, so it makes perfect sense.  Sure.

Expect to hear soon how they HAVE to buy it, other people are interested.  It worked with Sugar Creek.
