Tonight’s debate was a lively exchange. It’s clear Mitt Romney will say anything, including lie, to win the election.I support President Obama’s plans to protect Social Security and Medicare, increase access to college and hire more teachers. Please help me fight for these priorities.
I look forward to working with the President on bringing back good jobs to Central and Southwest Illinois. I’m disappointed that in his first term the President didn’t follow through on his commitment to re-open and renegotiate trade deals that aren’t working for regular Americans. I’ll push him to look hard at this issue next year.
