Fly on the wall: Advertising screw-ups!?!

So, a local business that constantly runs radio ads must be running out of material.  Their latest is the story of their screw-up that caused the buyer an extra trip back to their store.  But all is good – they fixed everything the same day!

Shouldn’t getting it right the first time be a better goal?  Seems a little strange to pay to advertise their mistake.  No, we aren’t buying the installer did it.
