Bart Rogers was listed on the Coliseum website as the General Manager.  Now there is no General Manager, Rogers is a Vice-President  There are a couple of Assistant Managers though and an Associate General Manager.  Could the changes have something to do with the contract terms CIAM has with the City of Bloomington?  http://blnnews.com/2014/04/02/coliseum-management-working-for-you/

If the changes are an attempt to comply with the contract (stress ATTEMPT), how do they explain this:

More businesses with the Coliseum address?  This LLC is doing business as WINNING EDGE TRANSPORTATION.   Both of the above are from the Secretary of State’s website.

Here’s the bottom line:

• Concessions at the Coliseum are run by BMI – John Butler.  Nobody knows if BMI pays him a salary, or if he just gets the profits because BMI has never been audited.
• John Butler and Bart Rogers are getting salaries from the Coliseum.  Why are 2 managers needed?  Why are other businesses being run from City property?  Are taxpayers paying their salaries thus allowing them to run the other businesses?
• Did the Council ever vote to allow Butler and Rogers to run other businesses from the Coliseum?  Do they even know?  Do they care?

There is MUCH more to the story, just not yet.
