A big complaint in Bloomington is the hiring of consultants. Most of these consultants send your tax dollars out-of-town. Evidently local employees aren’t smart enough to plan and analyze how to spend your money. Meanwhile, they tell you to spend locally to keep money here.
Normal just hired a consultant of their own, probably not the first (but I don’t read Normal’s agenda regularly). Their Master Parks Plan needs updated, so they hired a Chicago area firm to do the work:
K. Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement with Hitchcock Design Group for the Update of the Master Plan for the Parks and Recreation Department in an Amount Not To Exceed $65,000

Just wait until you get the bill to actually do the work they were paid to plan.
If just the plan cost $65,000, anybody want to guess how much implementing the plan will cost?

The folks in Bloomington and Normal need to vote these people out of local government and/or recall them. I wonder if they are working with Agenda 21?? Would not surprise me. If you don’t know what that is, you better look it up and find out. It’s the beginning of the end for America.
