UPDATE:  Treyburne Court is the home of a former Superintendent Bob Nielsen, a former athletic director – John Szabo, and a current principal, Tim Moore.  All had their assessed values reduced, but I’m sure it’s just a coincidence.

If you don’t know where Sable Court is, it’s just west of the airport.  Streid Drive is the road that Oakland turns into when it curves south to Ireland Grove Road.  White Eagle is the access road to Renner’s subdivision.

I used the GIS system to map the research results:

It looks like specific roads were targeted for increases or decreases.  There haven’t been many sales, but the homes that did sell sold for less than the purchase price.
