An agenda was never posted, and the time isn’t listed on the BEC website. I found out from the Pantagraph!
What is sad, Rob, is that concerned citizens spent their time to meet a 9 am deadline compiling evidence of an irregular petition submitted by a sitting Mayor. The meeting was shut down because of another failure by government system to follow the rules.
Does ANYONE at city hall have a FUNCTIONAL brain? Where was Hales, NORA??? even Tari who says this is “frivolous” were ALL willing to break the law? This is just unbelievable!!!
Townie, this error falls on the shoulders of the Bloomington Election Commision not City Hall.
