I have no idea what the raffle winner will be “allowed” to do with their new tiny house. Where exactly (in McLean County) does the zoning allow for a tiny house??
I believe to build in the county you NEED 5 acres.
With 40 you need no permits. At one time there was talk of building tiny house for veterans, not sure where that stands.
Just don’t fall out of bed!
