Mboka provided a long list of good things happening locally, the BCPA reopening shouldn’t have been on the list since EVERY show has lost money. A water park instead of simply replacing a pool and the library renovation won’t rate well with everyone either mayor.

  1. I keep trying to find a way to say something good about those 2 poor souls that have been murdered thus far this year in Bloomington but words escape me. How sad!
