I know I am thrilled to watch council meetings in both Bloomington and Normal tonight. I can hardly contain my excitment!

  1. 5A is a request brought by a Council member for the use of ARPA funds to hire a Navigator (not assigned to the City) to help fill out applications for ARPA funds. It is a presentation by the United Way Housing Coalition.
