City is handing out ARPA money tonight – American Rescue Plan money is a driver of inflation. Handing out money that has to be borrowed/printed increases the money supply and therefore inflation.

There is a Public Hearing on spending CBDG funds. The City has planned how to spend the money – see PDF page 6.
