Evidently this Committee of the Whole is Recognitions and an Executive Session.

The last Live Stream from the temporary BCPA location only filmed the Council. Other speakers weren’t on camera because the angle never changed. Tonight’s accolades should be fun if none of the honorees are shown.

Nothing is listed under “Regular Agenda”, maybe a surprise?

The Executive Session pertains to “personnel”. Since it’s about time for another Tim Gleason raise, is that what’s it’s about?
