Here’s your answer from yesterday

Yesterday I found these two charts that are problematic:

I cut the sources off the next one so I can make it bigger: (See them here: https://blnnews.com/2023/11/24/notice-anything-wrong-with-this-chart/)

Both of these are from the documentation for the November 13, 2023 BNWARD meeting. You won’t find it on-line, they email it to me every month. These are stats included with the financial statements for their fiscal year that ended April 30, 2023. You won’t find those on-line either.

BNWARD is the Water Reclamation District. If you live in Bloomington or Normal you get billed by them monthly on your water bill and again on your property tax bill. Some other areas might also be charged but without a website it’s hard to know.

Look at the first chart. In 10 years your monthly charge is going to increase more than 100%. Does your income double every 10 years? Does your disposable income double?

Now look at the second chart. Per capita income has dropped since 2014 by $5,228. Somebody want to explain why? It isn’t because hoards of non-working children have increased the population and brought down the “per capita”. Don’t believe me see PDF page 189: https://www.bloomingtonil.gov/home/showdocument?id=29768&t=638343020405529919

It appears every unit of government thinks now is the perfect time to steal even more of your money with property taxes. Look at housing prices on that chart – up 33% in 10 years with a drop in 2023. Incomes are decreasing while housing is more expensive.

Bureaucrats aren’t affected by the rotten economy, they don’t even know you are affected since their ivory towers are rolling in cash.

Pack the U-Haul folks.

Also: BNWARD gave away property for a new animal shelter. They also paid off in IEPA loan early saving some interest. Government is flush with cash, unlike you.

I have one more story from the documents they sent me. Stay tuned for Sunday, I will add the documentation to that story.

Bloomington did not include either of these charts with their financial statements. They did include the one for tomorrow. It’s a doozey!

  1. am sure county and city roles/staff and admin costs and wages and benefits increasing to implement their “stakeholder” crap projects that exploit every person and service in the area (data, privacy, digital, financial/insurance, logistics, tax integration/systems, and police/ emergency, public schools and more …..

Data integrity mess, privacy/legalized stalking and procedural and political (SmartCity)China model state modrl (“Risk Management” (police state and money funnell)- “For The Good”.

All while the common population struggle and have flat or no income raise opportunities

Sick agenda and projects and money (theft) handle area and state mess

Thanks state and local politicians and leaders/alumni (ISU,IWU,U of I, EIU, Heartland and rest of the money funnel champs)
