The City Council decided how to hand out all the free COVID money, a lot of it went to fixing the sewers but some was allocated to Economic Development.
The Bills and Payroll report for tonight shows who got a bunch of that money, without looking it up I don’t know if this is all or not. Who it went to is more important. Many are downtown insiders.
The Council did not decide who the money went to. Did you apply and get ZERO?

So the city council decided to give $303,843.00 to downtown developers – did they get an accounting of how that money would benefit taxpayers??

I believe he is retired as an attorney. The Naylor family was also involved in a lawfirm here in town.
