Beirne admits he’s a Marxist

In case you missed this story: https://blnnews.com/2024/04/12/no-one-was-denied-the-right-to-vote/

Piling on by the far left because laws are immaterial, Corey Beirne had to add his 1 cent brain:

DEI is Marxist ideology that eliminates exceptionalism. I hope Corey gets a DEI doctor some day.

Microaggressions are merely attempts at limiting speech for fear somebody might be offended.

I hope Beirne thinks this post is a microaggression, gaslighting, or explicit bias. I wrote it to offend him because his post offended me. Now we’re equal. Do better Beirne.

  1. What is “othering”? Are these jerks just making up new ways to be offended? Micro aggression and gas lighting are silly enough are they not?

    1. “othering” is a way to highlight division so that you can begin to play one side against the other. It’s an old Marx/Lenon/Mao trick to grab power.

  2. He needs to go through training to be an election judge. Then he would know they were just following procedures.

  3. The hypocrite is currently calling a man “white and ignorant” on his County Board fb page.

    1. “white and ignorant” – I guess I wouldn’t call him a hypocrite. He’s stating a central belief of the Equity religion he worships. It’s a part of the cult.

      1. Let’s not talk about my beliefs, Corey. This story was about you and how you make mountains out of molehills. And I would also like to know the answer to the question of how you survive in the real world by being so soft and hurted all the time. The Elections have processes and rules that everyone has to follow. Being quick to call out someone’s race makes you a racist. Let the County Clerk do her job and you do hims/his/ soft’s job. You remind me of a 7th grade girl. So catty and unaware. “Ohhh there’s discrimination!!” And then in your same post calling someone “white and ignorant.” So unprofessional.

    2. I know! He probably doesn’t even know the earth is flat!

(Seriously, Diane, why do you associate yourself with this person.)

      1. No. I don’t know why my comment appears with yours. I think Music Parent is Corey Beirne. He’s either hiding behind his patch that comes and goes depending on the color of his fingernail polish, hiding behind his wife who isn’t proud enough of him to go by his last name, hiding behind dramatic outrage he creates, or the satisfaction he gets from being the strongest in a room full of kids. Either way he’s always his true self.

  4. And thus, it begins. I wondered how long it would take for Unit 5’s District Equity Leader, Corrie Beirne to inject his Marxist DEI poison into the McLean County Board.

To the Board – He’s got his foot in the door now, slam it as hard as you can or everything you do, everything you say, everything you think, all the ways you intend to spend taxpayers’ money, who you employ, will have to be filtered through his “lens of equity”. You will hand your position and power over to him and his soon to be initiated DEI religion. He knows how this scam works so be very vigilant. He has already listed a number of training topics that he intends to initiate.
Start asking him hard questions now. Make him define his words. Don’t cower under his angry or emotional accusations when he can’t answer.

Here are a few of Beirne’s DEI principles that you will have to agree with if you don’t start now –

    1. Redefine Racism: The fundamental premise of the DEI ideology is that racism exists in all situations, and the focus should be on identifying and addressing it. This approach may lead to a culture of constant suspicion and division, rather than unity and collaboration. (Note Beirne’s claim that you cannot question if racism occurred in this case. This is a taste of what’s to come.)
    2. Promote Discrimination: The DEI philosophy advocates for the use of discrimination as a means to end discrimination, which contradicts the principles of equality and fairness. This approach may lead to the creation of new forms of discrimination based on race, gender, or other identity factors and put the board in legal jeopardy.
    3. Systemic Racism in America: The DEI ideology claims that America and all of its public institutions, including the McLean County Board, are inherently and systemically racist. This assertion is not only divisive but also lacks empirical evidence. Ask him about it.
    4. Deconstruction and Re-education: The DEI movement seeks to deconstruct and remake public institutions, including the McLean County Board, under its ideological guidance. This approach may lead to the loss of local autonomy and the imposition of external values and priorities. (Note Beirne’s call for DEI re-education of Kathy Michael, this will be expanded by Berine in the future.)
    5. Oppressor/Oppressed Continuum: The DEI ideology classifies individuals as either oppressors or oppressed, which undermines personal agency and promotes a victimhood mentality. This classification may lead to the prioritization of public resources based on a person’s identity, rather than merit or need.
    6. Total Equity Religion: The DEI movement seeks to dominate all aspects of the McLean County Board, including its committees and members. This totalizing approach may stifle dissent and compromise the board’s ability to make evidence-based decisions.
    7. Inclusiveness, Kindness, and Acceptance: The DEI ideology often disguises its agenda under the guise of inclusiveness, kindness, and acceptance. However, its true goals are far more radical and divisive.
    8. Identity Politics: The DEI movement relies heavily on identity politics, which may worsen divisions within the community and undermine the board’s ability to govern effectively. (Training on Identities, microaggressions, othering, implicit and explicit biases are coming and will form the basis for all future decisions.)

Recommendations: To resist the influence of the Marxist DEI ideology, the McLean County Board should:

    1. Question the DEI rhetoric and challenge its premises. Be bold. In his statement there are many words and claims that should be questioned. Do it now.
    2. Refrain from engaging in identity politics and focus on merit-based decision-making.
    3. Foster open dialogue and debate to ensure diverse perspectives are heard and considered.
    4. Prioritize unity and collaboration over division and suspicion.
    5. Maintain local autonomy and resist external ideological influences.
    6. Understand that these small steps of compliance will put you in a corner you can’t get out of.
    6. Read up on what Equity really is. It isn’t what it sounds like.

The McLean County Board must remain vigilant against the infiltration of Marxist DEI ideology and take proactive steps to preserve its integrity and effectiveness in serving the community not an ideology.

    1. Ya well when you have 3+ GOP board members that will eat out of Elizabeth Johnston’s progressive socialist hand on command there is little integrity to preserve.

If GOP voters don’t use their voting power this November Mclean County is going to be a solid DEI zone.

    2. like this — if anyone locally OR in state has to jobhunt (which elites in area dont need to do or board members) they will realize how DEI (aka embedded discrimination) is built into the HR info systems and recruiting/hiring ONLINE “digital” application process. Its a nightmare and forces people to allow demographic profiling and triggers to produce non auditable rejections (based on algorithmic discrimination)

Central Illinois (and 3rd party contractors/partners in DEI strategy implementation) and state depts have exploited many citizens and unemployed,

DEI is the destruction of this area and state and needs de-coupled and revamped.

Cheerleaders and Stakeholders DEI area huge demise and really racist and discriminatory themselves but clearly have financial and personal gain at citizens expense if others – bad strategy -bad business model (County is at fault too)

The systems and partners need to be calked our and examined or crash and start over $$$

    1. redleg,
I do hope that Kathy and the Board don’t take Beirne seriously. Its the best way to treat him.

He’s calling for DEI re-education to sensitize everyone to a new kind of victim theology that his religion says exists in every human interaction. Re-education is how he gets his foot in the door. If he’s successful, everything the board does, says and even thinks will have to be filtered through his “lens of equity”. Just like in Unit 5 where he is a District Equity Leader.
