Sorry, but I’m still not done mapping the rated 3 roads. This part has a ton of tiny roads and small roads with pieces rated 3 and other pieces rated 4. Part #6 should be the end.

Just so you know, some of the best roads are downtown. How many are they going to rip up for the Downtown For Everyone fantasy? You might as well buy yourself a horse because roads outside of downtown are not going to get fixed as long as aldermen are POSSESSED with pretending downtown deserves all your money. 8 is the highest rating possible:

The area I mapped this time is south of Empire to the west edge of Bloomington and south and east around downtown. I mapped 50 rated 3 roads and parts of roads for this one. Many are surrounded by roads rated 4 (marginally better). None were even half a mile long, most much shorter.

Total miles was 7.41 two lane roads. That means total lane miles is 7.41 x 2 = 14.82.

Add that to the previous total of 34.93 + 14.82 = 49.75 lane miles rated the worst in town.

Is this a fill in the blank? Oh boy, this could be fun!
    1) …really drunk before I said that.
2)…actually lying through my teeth at the time and knew it, haha.
3)…studying Karl Marx at the time to go with his flow.
