Two things before I get to Tent City:

Two versions of what is happening with the people camping downtown:
City Manager Jeff Jurgens reported Monday night there have been 80+ people there. He also reported this:
Now listen to Surena Fish’s Public Comment. She claims the encampment simply relocated. The video was badly edited, watch it jump around 7:10. Surena didn’t say anything that needed edited because if she did the mayor would have stopped her from finishing. Also, I watched it live. I’m sure the City will claim it was a technical problem. It isn’t the first time the City has edited out what they don’t want people to see.
Thank you for mentioning I was edited out ( A glitch ? ) People please just drive by and look under the bridge, look at sidewalk coming up by bridge by the next to the Gondola place , fence line going down the trail behind Evergreen cemetery south of The tent city, look for yourself and know this is still a problem. Also I drove by the tent city this morning and those that are left there have garbage everywhere, have expanded into multi tents put together like a duplex, really looking more and more like a dump.
Do you know what was edited out?
I mentioned that one place under the bridge (51 going south ) across from the back of Alley Kats store there was a couple up on the base of the bridge enjoying carnal knowledge of each other. They were there for a couple of days between the trail and back of next building down from us. I called IDOT . They are gone today . I do not know why they moved or who moved them. Quite a sight from our back door

It’s a mess. There really is NO housing available if an individual’s Social Credit Score is lacking. What is available is overpriced due to Section 8. Where are these individuals coming from? Are they from Bloomington or are they transplants. Bloomington editing Public Comment is criminal.
