It’s not because of Biden, that’s no justification for complaining. None. The people of Bloomington and Normal voted the mayors and city councilmen in. You got what you voted for BloNo ….. or didn’t bother to vote against. Local elections matter a LOT! Diane has repeatedly said that…..so as you drive around on the teeth jarring streets snapping pictures of tents or pot holes on the way to pay your outrageous tax bills remember to vote next time!

The worse economic climate in decades and you’re giving Biden a pass? Tons of evidence of a stolen 2020 U.S election, blaming voters is a cop out. If you’re advocating for tar and feathers please advise location and meeting time, I’ll be there.
I mean, lighten up the tinfoil hat, bud. Blaming Biden for these things all the time is such a copout. Place the blame where it really belongs. Also, no real/true evidence of any election being stolen. In fact, the 3 dozen GOP led investigations only found a few traces of voter fraud and the fraud they found was all conducted by GOP voters…..Look, I am by no means a Biden fan but just simply yelling and screaming that tent city is his fault is just dumb. It’s local election related. If Trump were president, these people would still be living there.
Really? Inflation was 1.4% before Biden declared war on fossil fuels. Transportation cost skyrocketed creating inflation. Add at least 10 million illegals and bam! Housing shortage
The city council that you elected and the Mayor that you elected could have the tent city gone in a few hrs since the latest supreme court ruling was handed down last week.
The only reason there is a tent city in Bloomington is because your mayor and city council permit it to be there.
Some above said it all. Elections matter and Bloomington/Normal residents voted or abstained and now we all have to live with the consequences.
