Vieweg Real Estate in Decatur collected $271,250 for acting as agent for both sides in the City buying the old Owens Nursery property.

One possible explanation for Tim Gleason using a Decatur realtor is he thought the price would increase if he used a local realtor. In other words, he didn’t trust any local realtors to keep the sale confidential.

Anyway, Tim Vieweg just bought a house on Lake Decatur. According to my sources the purchase price was around $500,000 and he plans to remodel. The address is 2357 S Glenn Ave. Your tax dollars:

  1. The really sad part about this is the demonrats will continue to vote the idiots into the mayor and council positions that hire people like gleason. Why? a part of it is because they think all republicans are for the wealthy.
Duh! You think Gleason and his realtor buddies are going to share some of thousands that they just pocketed with you ?

  2. How is this legal? This is so shady! Did this realtor have connections to Decatur city council? This timing is really convenient with his new contract with Decatur.
