That told me something is up. It is.
The County Records show a Motion to Reconsider Sentence is scheduled for September 23. He/she must not want to be in prison until at least 2095.
Blessent pled guilty on July 24th. His Public Defender is named on the notice below. I made a road trip to the courthouse to see if any other information on this notice is available. It isn’t. To me it looks like a Hail Mary attempt to get a lower sentence – and it’s funded by taxpayers because Public Defenders are paid for by you.
Access to his files are restricted since the crimes he committed were against minors. I had to take the clerks word for it there isn’t more on this in the file.
He doesn’t want to spend time in prison? Too bad! His victims will never recover from the trauma he inflicted on them. Pretending he’s not a man is bs to get out of the consequences. I hope the motion is denied.
He’s in a women’s prison, because he “identifies as a woman” where he can continue preying on women. This travesty of justice is a policy thanks to Gov. Pritzker. Many states put men in women’s prisons.
In California, there are presently [Aug. 17] TWENTY-SIX (26) women inmates pregnant from rape due to this policy. Gavin Newsom endorses state-sanctioned rape, apparently.
The Pritzker family pushed GenderWoowoo, which is a complete fraud, morally and scientifically, just so their Big Pharma buddies can make even more money. Humans cannot change sex. It is impossible. Sex in mammals, including humans, is fixed at conception and binary.
However, among primates, humans are often thought to be apes with car keys.
Biological sex is real. Gender is Sociology/anthropology/psychology.
Gender is based on sex, but gender is NOT sex.
In a truly equal world, not a “DEI” world, gender is irrelevant to living your life. Because then there are no inequalities between the sexes. Both sexes are valued for their inherent abilities and qualities, EQUALLY. Gender is the box.
