Since Illinois Progressives exist to provide jobs for government employees and therefore votes, the position of the current Illinois flag keeps rotating. They want to make it has hard as possible to keep the current flag. Wasting money is more fun.

If the police knew no shots were fired when their press release was created they had to know it was a smash and grab. Why was that not included?
Rogers and Holland has security cameras. Either the police know who did it, don’t want you to know who did it, or don’t want your help finding him.
The mall needs to remove their No Guns Allowed sign. Criminals don’t obey laws and that sign endangers shoppers because they are defenseless. Luckily this robber didn’t use or show one. Maybe the mall owners can add a No Hammers allowed sign and see how that works.
The police and all levels of government need to understand they don’t control information anymore. If they want accurate information known, be transparent and release it instead what the Bloomington police released.

You can now vote on a new State flag. Illinois has serious problems and spending money creating and replacing the current flag won’t fix anything. It does require the needless spending of tax dollars. I suggest voting to keep the current flag:

#2 – Replace the IL flag
This is an absolute waste of tax payer dollars! I mean how many instances of the State flag appears across the entire state – physical flags, printed materials, monuments, etc – on and on – a flag change is sure to cost tax payers a fortune/way more than the Secretary of State has calculated! Besides, think about how much money has been wasted already just discussing the flag change – meetings, worthless studies, a website creation, etc….
Can we focus on the real problems of ILLINOIS? This state is NOT business friendly with too much red tape/too high taxes/too much crime and the soft on crime approach is the final straw leading to closing small businesses every day!
Will anyone ever stop the Illinois tax increases to cover the wasteful government spending?
The previous City Manager for the City of Bloomington – TIM GLEASON – was never held accountable for any of his “theft” from Bloomington tax payers – that guy was next level on mind-numbing ways to waste tax dollars!
TIM GLEASON was City Mgr in Decatur, came up here and then returned to Decatur as the City Mgr again.
Let’s not forget Gleason’s last hoorah to screw over the Bloomington tax payers!
Gleason UNBELIEVEABLY, involved his realtor buddy Tim Vieweg from Decatur IL in a City of Bloomington real-estate transaction giving his buddy a huge payday.
“Vieweg Real Estate in Decatur collected $271,250 for acting as agent for both sides in the City buying the old Owens Nursery property.”
Why did the City of Bloomington even need a realtor involved to buy the nursery property? Especially a realtor who lives like 50 miles away? Honestly, did Tim Vieweg even have to come to Bloomington to rob us tax payers of a $271,250 commission check – probably not! IF Tim Vieweg did come to Bloomington, Tim Gleason probably figured out a way to make the tax payers pay for his travel to Bloomington! LOL – another joke on us!!

And yes, what a TOTAL waste of taxpayer money!! Maybe the state of IL will see that if they don’t start spending our taxpayer money on USEFUL stuff then they may also end up in a situation like Los Angeles, where CITIZENS are dying because THEY (leaders) were SO STUPID. (I pray it does not come to that here, but they should be thinking about how STUPID Gavin Newsom has been…)

Besides in Illinois, our governor is just bringing in as many illegals as he can bring into the state.
So Pritzker won’t miss any of the current residents of Illinois…he will just replace them!
Like a new state flag will fix the horrific debt of Illinois? I think not. Like a new state flag will fix the corruption that seethes through Illinois governments I think not. Like the new state flag will fix the fact that the state of Illinois is bankrupt? I think not. I could go on and on but the only thing that would fix the state of Illinois is , like Diane says VOTE THEM ALL OUT!
