Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3).
Harboring — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iii) makes it an offense for any person who — knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation.
Encouraging/Inducing — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who — encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.
Krystle Able and the Immigration Project need to brush up on the law. Just because immigration laws didn’t matter the last 4 years it doesn’t mean they can’t be enforced. That is one of the reason Trump was elected.

I believe that a illegal alien was involved in a rear end collision in champaign co IL, that resulted in the death of two females. He fled the area and was arrested in Texas. Check the champaign gazette for details.
No one asked if the guy who killed himself on Regency was legal. At least he didn’t kill anyone else. I did hear about Champaign. He was drunk.
People who are gullible, have no common sense, AND a lot of money are dangerous to everyone around them. They should be avoided at all costs and should not, should not, be in positions of power in our government.
If you are using my tax dollars to subvert the Constitution and our laws my interpretation is that you are committing treason and should be punished along with the illegals you are harboring or promoting to be harbored by others.
Persons harboring or going against our FEDERAL immigration laws WILL be reported. Especially those who are serving in our governments and using our taxpayer money to break those laws. It’s a promise. 👍👍

I just found another avenue to turn in elected officials such as Krystle Able: go to Illinois State Police website and click on criminal division, the special investigation unit investigates elected officials. You can use this fb post from Krystle to file a complaint by saying she’s promoting harboring. I need more info on what Molly Ward is doing to file a complaint on her. Contact me here by replying or my fb if you have any questions or info. I want these scumbags out of office. They hate America and they took an oath to uphold OUR Constitution. Krystle said today on her fb we need more politicians like the Mexican president. She doesn’t belong in our government and we need to act now to make that happens while she is openly breaking the law.
How exactly is Ms Able or the Immigration Project are harboring anyone? The Immigration Project is a private organization of immigration lawyers who serve the immigration community. They are perfectly legal organization.
Please inform me where in that screen shot does it say anyone is harboring immigrants? Absolutely no where does it say that the Immigration Project is harboring anything or anyone. Immigration has a right to legal services.
So an organization of Immigration Lawyers are offering their perfectly legal services. No one is “harboring” anyone.
Ms Able is not breaking any laws. Based on your screenshot, you have no case.
Ilian Omar is under investigation for doing what they are doing. Teaching illegals how to avoid ICE is no different than harboring. Give them your money, people are outraged they get ours.
Aiding and abetting is a start.
And if you would ask, how do we know which people they are aiding are rapists, gang members, child traffickers, murderers, drug runners or lesser criminals? I would say – you don’t, but it only takes one to make you a criminal too.
You’re exactly right when you say that nobody has a case and that she isn’t breaking the law. The Immigration Project is a legal and support service that guarantees basic human resources to undocumented individuals and their families. . . There isn’t a crime nor a wrong here.
Getting paid with tax dollars is a HUGE problem for the people paying the bills. Donate your own money if their services are so important.
The FEDERAL government controls ALL immigration (constitutionally) and any service or persons interfering with that is going against our federal government and laws.
Just watched on tv news all the people protesting Trump doing what he promised to do removing illegals from America. And go figure they all were waving the flags of the country that they left proving what I have said so often, these people don’t come here to be Americans they are just looking for a country where they can get free stuff.

Morals didn’t seem to hinder Democrats reporting J6ers now did it? See a face from a video and report them without any hinderence knowing if they did anything illegal. On the surface it appears the Democrats opened that Nazi door.
I saw a while ago that the DOJ filed a lawsuit against our Governor and mayor of Chicago. Priceless!
I think eventually some prominent mouthy Democrats opposing the deportation are going to jail to set an example. Priceless!
