Illinois Public Access is also investigating District 87 for alleged FOIA violations. Unfortunately, Public Access is really good at saying an investigation is warranted but ridiculous at rapidly making a final determination. That is justice and public integrity in Illinois.

Obviously the City of Bloomington isn’t going to do anything to Cody Hendricks and Jenna Kearns for mailers that violated City Code. They want voters to find out after the election.

Corruption starts locally. If Bloomington residents don’t show up and vote on Tuesday, the local corruption will only grow.
